This is High Mountain Yun Wu green tea from Lincang, Yunnan.  The green snail-like curled leaves look neat and feel thick slightly accompanied with tender buds.

 

     The taste is mellow and strong, not bitter but intermittent bean smell. The remarkable sweetness and strong aroma last very well.

 

     The shapes are well-proportioned and solid, also free from impurities. The mellow fried beans flavor tastes rich from its roasted process.

     It is a very affordable daily green tea that meets the taste of regular tea drinkers need.
 

Use colorless and transparent tall glass, with water temperature around 90°c.

 

Ratio of tea and water: 1g:40ml (depending on personal taste)

 

• Warm the glass with hot boiling water and then discard water.
• Place appropriate amount of tea (~5g) into the glass.
• When hot boiled water gets cooled down to about 90°c (about 30 sec), fill it up to about 1/3 of glass, wait about 20 sec. to wet leaves, at the meantime, enjoy the fragrance by rotating the glass.
• And then full up with hot water (90°c) along the edge of the glass.
• Wait 3 min to serve. Add hot water until 1/3 of tea remaining for subsequent brewing.

 

*Gradually increase steeping time and for subsequent brewing.
